Acceptance
By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for their intended purpose on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the applicable App Store terms.
Your content
You retain full ownership of any content you bring into the apps — for example, book files you import into Xreadr. We claim no ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content you import.
Acceptable use
Please use the apps as they're intended. Specifically, don't:
- Use the apps for anything unlawful
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the apps or their backend services
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the apps, except to the extent permitted by applicable law
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the apps
Third-party services
Our apps rely on third-party services including Apple, Google, OpenAI, and Supabase (for Xreadr) and open.er-api.com (for Xchangr exchange-rate data). These services have their own terms and we are not responsible for them. Exchange-rate data from open.er-api.com is provided as-is, without any guarantee of accuracy or availability.
AI output
AI-generated responses in Xreadr (translations, explanations, and similar features) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are provided for convenience and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Use your own judgement.
Disclaimer of warranties
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at any particular time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, xdsgn and Sergey Chudarin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the apps.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the apps after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
